With this Planning a Theme Park Visit activity, you will find that it can be unique to each student! Students will plan how many guests will attend the trip, and that will determine what lodging and tickets they will buy, as well as how much money they spend on food. Students are given a budget, and must stay within it to plan their trip.

Theme Park Snacks: Students will choose their snacks for the theme park and figure out the price.
Theme Park Route: Here, students will map out a route of which rides they will go on, and in what order.

Park Rides Data: While looking at a graph, students will answer greater than and less than questions.
Theme Park Persuasive Writing: Students will write an essay convincing others to attend this theme park.

*A digital option is also provided for Google Slides. You will want to make sure you save the assignment to the Google Drive you use with your Google Classroom. Then, simply assign the activity to your students.
