Description
Using This Product in Your Classroom There are several ways you can use these 4 centers and 4 math journal prompts in your classroom.
One, you could use them during actual center time. Print and laminate the task cards and print the appropriate number of worksheets off for your classroom. Next, have students rotate to teach center to reinforce what you have already taught about multiplying fractions. Or use one center a day in your already set, daily centers.
Second, these centers could be used as a self start or as a review from a previous lesson before you teach your math lesson for the day. Put the laminated task card under the document camera, or projected for all students to see, and give them the accompanying worksheet.
Third, these center games could be used at the end of a lesson to reinforce a lesson already taught. They could also be used to review before testing at the end of the year.
The journal prompts could be used with your daily language arts journal prompts, during math journal time, or as another center during math or language arts center time.
Have fun and good luck!
