General Questions

Which countries do you currently sell to?

Currently, we sell items to the United States, Canada, Japan, and Australia.  Customers in other countries may purchase items from Teachers Pay Teachers.  Feel free to contact me if you live in a country not listed and would like to inquire about shipping.

Where can I purchase products?

Currently, our materials are sold at Teachers Pay Teachers and right here on our shop  Each product listed on these sites is identical.  In addition, the regular price is identical at each location.  However, sales price may fluctuate from location to location due to sales created by the individual sites (i.e. Teachers Pay Teachers site-wide sales offered by Teachers Pay Teachers).

Are there any advantages to buying at on our website vs TpT, TES, etc.?

Yes!  I am able to offer specific customer and product discounts not otherwise available at other sites.  With that said, each product listed in multiple marketplaces has identical content.  Individual sale prices may fluctuate due to sales offered by the parent company (i.e. Teachers Pay Teachers site-wide sales).

Payment

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards via PayPal and Stripe payments. We do NOT accept personal checks or money orders.

Am I responsible for tax or duties?

Due to current tax laws, sales tax is only charged to physical shipped goods for those in the state of TN, United States.  If you are with a school and have a tax-exempt form, please contact me so I may adjust your tax rate.

International customers are responsible for all customs/duties charged by their applicable country.

Digital Purchases

How do I access my digital items?

There are two ways to get to your purchased downloads:

  1. An automatic email with the download link is generated every time you make a purchase so check your inbox and spam/junk box then click on the link in the email.
  2. Log in to your account and you will find a list of your purchases, which you can download at any time onto any of your devices.

My Download has a File-Path Error and won’t open!

This problem seems to be a character length problem when files are in the Downloads folder on a PC. 

The Downloads folder is buried so deep on the computer that it causes issues. 

Try downloading what you need to My Documents instead of Downloads and see if that helps!!

Multiple Licenses

I want to purchase multiple licenses for your product!

Great!  You can go ahead and checkout as normal with the quantity desired.  

Then have each person register for an account and contact us.
