Membership Terms and Conditions

By accessing, purchasing, and downloading resources from Teresakwant.com, you agree to the following:

  1. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds will not be given (unless a duplicate purchase is made).
  2. While I would be SO SAD to see you go, I realize memberships aren’t a great fit for everyone. In the event you decide to cancel your Teach with Teresa VIP membership, you will need to notify me by email at teresakwant@teresakwant.com at least 24 hours prior to your membership renewal date to start the cancellation process. Your membership renews each month, based on the date you first signed up.
  3. As a Teach with Teresa VIP you are allotted credits EACH MONTH based on the plan you chose, either 6 or 10 credits. 1 credit is equal to one COMPLETE product that is valued at $10 or less. Any product that is valued at more than $10 is 2 credits.
  4. If you do not use all your credits one month, they are saved and will roll over each month. If you do decide to cancel your membership, your credits will expire immediately upon cancellation of your membership.
  5. Credits never expire unless you cancel your subscription or the membership program is ended.
